Business Development Manager
Job summary
Responsible for leading Business development efforts; managing business development tasks; identifying new opportunities for the Firm; expanding existing client relationships; enhancing the Firm’s visibility; working closely with the Business Development Partner to direct the internal and external business development strategies and deliver new clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies to grow the Firm’s client base and revenue.
- Identify and oversee new business opportunities, tracking systems, and capture activities, including identifying opportunities within the Firm’s core areas across existing and new clients.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients through regular engagement, feedback,k and cross-selling initiatives.
- Increase revenue by exploring new and additional services, developing and presenting cost-benefit analyses of new and additional services to the Partners.
- Work with Partners and Associates to profile and promote the Firm’s key practice areas and sector strengths.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
