Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial markets
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and partners
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Promote solar products and energy solutions to potential clients
- Support contract negotiation and closing deals
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project delivery
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 4–5 years’ experience in business development or sales (energy/technical sector preferred)
- Strong understanding of the Lagos market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
