Business Development Manager
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth, expand our client base, and strengthen our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring retail, corporate, and institutional clients, growing Assets Under Management, increasing trading volumes, and promoting our range of investment products.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new retail, corporate, high-net-worth, and institutional clients.
- Market the firm's stockbroking, wealth management, fixed-income, and other investment products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Increase Assets Under Management (AUM) and brokerage income.
- Conduct investment presentations, client meetings, and financial literacy seminars.
- Prepare business proposals and investment solutions tailored to clients' financial goals.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client onboarding and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, NGX rules, AML/CFT requirements, and the firm's internal policies.
- Prepare periodic business development and performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
