We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating revenue, acquiring high-value clients, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with the company's objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and excellent client service.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within the marketing communications, advertising, media, branding, or creative industry.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and consistently meet revenue targets.
  • Strong network of corporate contacts is an added advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong relationship management and client retention skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.


Key Performance Indicators:

  • Revenue generated from new business.
  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Client retention and repeat business rate.
  • Value of contracts closed.
  • Sales pipeline growth and conversion rate.
  • Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
