Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within the marketing communications, advertising, media, branding, or creative industry.
- Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and consistently meet revenue targets.
- Strong network of corporate contacts is an added advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong relationship management and client retention skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
