Job summary
Lead business growth for the company by securing new contracts, managing key accounts and expanding service lines in cleaning, maintenance, security and MEP.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Identify, pitch, and close deals with corporate clients, property developers, and estate managers.
- Oversee tender processes, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Manage relationships with key clients to drive retention and upsell.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and finance to ensure profitable service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, Engineering, or a related field. Plus an Msc/MBA
- 5+ years in B2B sales/business development in facility management, real estate, or related services.
- Proven track record of closing contracts and managing key accounts.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and client relationship skills.
- Based in Lagos with an existing network in the corporate and real estate sectors.
KPI: Revenue growth, win rate, client retention, and pipeline value.
Remuneration: NGN 450k - 600k monthly.
