About The Job
- We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth for our HR services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HR industry, excellent sales and marketing skills, and a proven track record of success in business development.
Responsibilities
- 1. Develop and execute a business development strategy to achieve revenue growth targets.
- 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- 3. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- 4. Conduct needs assessments and present customized HR solutions to clients.
- 5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver proposals, pitches, and other sales materials.
- 6. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- 7. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 1. Masters Degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2. Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the HR industry, alternatively Banking or Oil and Gas.
- 3. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
- 4. Excellent sales, marketing, and communication skills.
- 5. Strong understanding of the HR industry and current market trends.
- 6. Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
