The Business Development Lead is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, structuring, and closing financing opportunities for Capital A Plus Limited. This role exists to generate real financing deals, not just meetings or awareness. Success is measured by the value of funded transactions and repayment performance.

- Strong network within SMEs, contractors, distributors, or trading businesses.
- Comfortable with field prospecting and relationship selling.

Requirements:
- Minimum HND.
- 3+ years in business development, SME banking, lending, credit sales, or commercial sales.
