Responsibilities:
- Drive deposit mobilisation and risk asset creation
- Source and onboard high-value clients and strategic business opportunities
- Build and manage corporate, SME, and retail client relationships
- Develop and execute revenue generation strategies
- Support portfolio growth across lending and treasury products
- Meet assigned business, revenue, and portfolio targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Banking, Fintech, Microfinance, or Financial Services
- Strong background in business development, sales conversion, and relationship management
- Proven ability to originate and close deals
- Strong understanding of financial products and credit structures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Results-driven with strong commercial acumen.
