Responsibilities:
- Identify, contact, and recruit potential vendors, businesses, creators, and strategic partners for our mobile applications.
- Onboard vendors and guide them through registration, profile setup, service or product listing, and platform activation.
- Demonstrate our mobile applications to prospective vendors and clearly explain how the platforms work and the benefits of joining.
- Identify and approach laundry businesses, restaurants, food vendors, creators, service providers, and other potential partners.
- Research and develop new business and partnership opportunities.
- Contact prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, creators, and business partners
- Follow up with onboarded vendors to encourage activation, engagement, and continued use of the platform.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, onboarding activities, partnerships, and conversions.
- Gather feedback from vendors and partners and communicate relevant insights to the product and management teams.
- Prepare weekly reports on leads generated, vendors contacted, onboarding, conversions, active partners, and partnership opportunities.
- Meet agreed business development and vendor acquisition targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Recent graduates, NYSC members, and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of smartphones, mobile applications, websites, and digital platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence communicating with business owners, vendors, creators, and potential partners.
- Ability to explain mobile technology and digital products in simple, practical language.
- Good sales, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify prospects, initiate conversations, follow up consistently, and convert opportunities.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email, Google Workspace, and other digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational, research, and reporting skills.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, digital marketing, partnerships, or vendor onboarding is an advantage but not mandatory.
