Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities, including potential government tenders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and other key stakeholders like government bodies and local communities.
- Generate leads through networking and prospecting, and drive sales by presenting and explaining energy products and services.
- Prepare business proposals, pitches, and presentations.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements.
- Stay informed about energy market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to guide strategic decisions.
- Develop financial models and forecasts, and manage budgets for business development activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Engineering (Geology, Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders.
- High adaptability, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning.
