Job summary
Our client in the Insurance Industry is seeking results-driven Business Development Executives to drive sales, expand client base, and promote insurance products. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and skilled in client relationship management.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Sell insurance products (life, health, general insurance, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and generate leads
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in a related discipline
- 3- 4 years sales/marketing experience (insurance experience is an added advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good knowledge of the market
