Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and creating new business opportunities through lead generation, building relationships with clients, and managing accounts. The candidate will be responsible for driving partnerships, negotiating agreements, and achieving sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and up-to-date documentation of partnership outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Strong understanding of Business and Account Management processes to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage clients, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, maintain professionalism, and meet targets efficiently.
- Experience in the travel industry is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
