Responsibilities:
- Drive customer acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and converting individual, SME, and corporate clients while achieving assigned sales, deposit, and revenue targets.
- Promote the bank's digital products and services, generate qualified leads, and maximize opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding, customer retention, and increased product adoption.
- Identify new business opportunities, referral channels, and partnership prospects while providing market intelligence and customer insights to support business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM records, and prepare timely sales activity and performance reports.
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure efficient service delivery and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Ensure all customer acquisition and onboarding activities comply with KYC, AML/CFT, and other regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and the bank's products while participating in continuous sales and product development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer acquisition, or relationship management within banking, fintech, financial services, or telecommunications.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales, customer acquisition, and deposit mobilization targets.
- Good understanding of digital banking products, financial services, customer onboarding, and relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and sales reporting tools.
- Self-motivated with strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital banking environment.
