We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development professional to join our asset management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving the firm’s expansion in institutional and high net worth segments.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients (individuals, corporates, institutions) for the firm’s asset management products.
- Implement business development strategies to grow assets under management (AUM).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with investment and research teams to structure solutions that meet client needs.
- Represent the firm at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
- Achieve set sales targets, performance metrics, and revenue goals.
- Provide periodic reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the firm’s internal policies in all client engagements.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience
- Degree in arelated field
