The Business Development Executive will drive revenue generation by identifying and securing new business opportunities across construction, marine, and engineering services. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, marine, and oil & gas sectors
- Promote services such as equipment leasing, dredging, and engineering procurement
- Achieve sales and revenue targets
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
- Manage client inquiries and follow-ups
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Market Research & Intelligence:
- Conduct market analysis and identify industry trends
- Monitor competitors and provide strategic insights
Proposal Development:
- Prepare business proposals, tenders, and presentations
- Support contract negotiations and closing deals
Reporting & Pipeline Management:
- Maintain sales pipeline and track opportunities
- Provide regular updates on business development activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development (preferably in oil & gas, construction, or marine sectors)
- Strong network within Port Harcourt and related industries
