Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven business development executive / supervisor to join a growing logistics firm.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
- Source and secure contracts from corporate clients
- Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into paying customers
- Develop and implement effective business growth and marketing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- (For supervisory role) Lead, manage, and motivate the sales/marketing team
- (For supervisory role) Set targets, track performance, and drive team productivity
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in any relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or business development
- Proven track record of sourcing corporate contracts and closing deals
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in lead generation and conversion strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Leadership and team management experience (for supervisory role)
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and basic computer applications
