Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive printing and packaging sales, ensuring a minimum monthly target of ₦10,000,000.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients in FMCG, fashion, cosmetics, companies, and e-commerce sectors
- Consultative Selling: Understand business needs and offer customized print and packaging solutions.
- Market Expansion: Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase sales volume.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in printing, packaging, branding, or B2B services.
- Strong network and existing client base in relevant industries.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented.
Renumeration
- NGN 100,000 - NGN 200,000 Base Salary (Only if 60% of target = ₦6,000,000 is met)
- 5% Commission on Sales (Unlimited earning potential, paid on all closed deals)
Workflow:Hybrid: 3 days onsite/2 days offsite
