Business Development Executive
Job summary
We are looking for a results driven and highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive business growth through strategic marketing, customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and relationship management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and grow the Bank's client base.
- Drive deposit mobilization by attracting and retaining individual and corporate customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and financial advisory support.
- Promote the Bank's products and services, including savings, investment, and loan offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare periodic sales and business development reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4–5 years' proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of financial products and services, particularly deposits and loan products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business development abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about achieving business growth.
