Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Generate leads through networking, presentations, and industry events.
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote the bank’s products and services.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Track, analyse, and report on business development performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to conduct market research and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
