Business Development Executive
Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven business development executive to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with customers and distributors across Lagos. The ideal candidate must have proven sales experience within the FMCG sector and a strong understanding of route-to-market operations.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Drive product distribution, visibility, and availability across retail outlets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor and market intelligence
- Execute sales promotions and ensure effective product merchandising
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of the Lagos market and trade channels
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
- BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
