Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive (High Net-Worth Banking) based in Abuja. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and manage relationships with high net-worth clients, mobilize deposits for the bank and drive revenue growth. The role involves lead generation, creating tailored financial solutions, and managing accounts to support business growth objectives. Effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead GenerationAbility to drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targetProven expertise in Business and Account ManagementExceptional Communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to identify client needs and provide appropriate financial solutionsExperience in client relationship management, particularly with high net-worth individualsA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferredResults-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
