- Win institutional clients: identify and approach universities, polytechnics and technical training institutes. Run product demos, write proposals, and close multi-seat and enterprise deals.
- Sell to industry: build relationships with oil and gas, manufacturing and process-industry companies that need practical training for new hires and existing staff.
- Build partnerships: work with engineering bodies, professional associations and training providers that can bring Velnode to their members and students. Explore channel partners and resellers outside Nigeria.

- Represent Velnode: attend conferences, career fairs, campus visits and industry events.
- Bring back insight: share what customers say with the product and marketing teams, so Velnode keeps improving.

- Understand engineering or industrial environments, or learn fast enough to talk credibly with lecturers, HR managers, and plant engineers. An engineering degree is a strong plus.
- Present confidently, write persuasive proposals, and be patient with long sales cycles.

- Hybrid working from Lagos
- The chance to shape sales at a fast-growing engineering tech company from the ground up
