Job Title: Business Development Executive
Industry: Power / Renewable Energy
Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Benefits:
- Compensation Package: Monthly Gross Salary is N150,000 + Commission on sales. Commission are payable on a monthly basis, and are 2% of net revenue generated from your sales efforts.
- Hybrid work mode (4 days in-office, 2 days remote)

- Annual Salary review based on performance on achieving set targets.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales
- Identify and target prospective clients to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting DAASA’s value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates on sales activities and results.
Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote DAASA’s products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to their needs.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings.
Reporting
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.
Key Requirements
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales and marketing, preferably in the renewable energy sector or a related industry.
Skills:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and managing campaigns.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
