Requirements:

- Knowledge of shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics operations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
