Business Development Executive
Job summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and acquiring clients for our billboard and Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the media or advertising industry, a strong network of corporate clients.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the media, billboard, and Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising market.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, advertising agencies, government institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Prospect, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Present advertising solutions tailored to clients’ marketing objectives and budgets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Client Service teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the media and advertising industry.
- Attend networking events, business meetings, exhibitions, and industry conferences to promote the company’s services.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities, sales forecasts, and client interactions using the company’s CRM or reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in business development, media sales, advertising sales, or corporate sales.
- Previous experience in the media, billboard, or Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising industry is required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- A strong network of corporate clients and advertising agencies is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
