A leading provider of training, inspection, asset integrity maintenance, and pipeline & process services within the oil and gas, marine, and construction industries is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand its client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, promoting the organization's services, building strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets while contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the business.
Roles & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will;
•
Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and clients’ needs
•
Sell and generate revenue for the JC International Service offerings
•
Develop marketing and sales strategy to increase revenue
•
Schedule meetings, appointments, and presentations with clients
•
Maintain existing accounts by following up with Leads and attending to clients’ requests promptly.
•
Establish new accounts by developing and expanding sales through client visits/telephone inquiries/email and electronic communication
•
Re-activate inactive accounts by following up with Leads to Find Out What They Want (FOWTW)
•
Ensure Business expansion and increase in market share index through networking and effective marketing.
•
Work with the digital marketing team to showcase the service in the limelight
•
Prepare presentations and pitches for prospective Clients & Regulators
•
Ensure prompt response to client’s requests and accurate billing/invoicing.
•
Be responsible for the prompt renewal of running contracts
•
Ensure vendor registration with key clients
•
Ensure timely submission of all tenders
•
Ensure prompt and seamless mobilization to sites for job call-out
•
Participate in setting Sales budgets for the division
•
Support the company’s realization of its corporate mission
Qualifications / Requirements
•
HND / BEng. or BSC in Marketing, Management or related fields
•
At least 5-year work experience in sales and business development
•
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
•
Strong negotiation skills
•
Strong communication and presentation skills
•
CRM experience is preferred
•
Tender Packaging Experience is an added advantage
•
Experience in Oil and industry is an added advantage
