We are looking for a business development executive who is passionate, personable, and serious about closing deals. Your one job is to bring in clients.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients across our service lines, weddings, corporate events, brand films, and podcasting.
- Drive company growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and acquiring clients.
- Generate leads, conducting market research, pitching services/products, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets.
- You bridge sales, marketing, and relationship management to expand market presence.
- You sell. The team delivers.
- You are the face of HeartLens in Lagos while our founder manages business development internationally.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales and business development with track record of meeting sales targets
- Confident, personable, and comfortable approaching people cold
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organised, you track every lead and follow up without being told
- Based in Lagos with an active network
- Excited about being part of, and growing with a startup from the ground floor • HND/BSc
