Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property sales,
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional buyers and high-net-worth clients
- Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Conduct market research to track pricing trends and competitor activity
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
- Negotiate terms and close deals on units, partnerships, or bulk sales
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools
- Represent King Bell Homes at industry events and networking functions. Report performance metrics and pipeline status to the Business Manager
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate (real estate experience an advantage).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a commission-linked structure.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- A sound understanding of the Lagos property market is a plus
