Job summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business-to-business (B2B) sales within the construction, manufacturing, and engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will focus on acquiring and managing corporate clients, building long-term partnerships, and increasing revenue through strategic business engagements.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients and organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (procurement managers, project managers, etc.).
- Promote products/services to businesses through presentations, proposals, and meetings.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into long-term clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities within target industries.
- Track and report on sales performance and pipeline activities.
- Meet and exceed assigned B2B sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in B2B business development or corporate sales.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineering sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of corporate sales cycles and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of closing business deals with organizations.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
