Responsibilities:
- B2B Partnership Management: Proactively identify and secure contracts with luxury real estate developers, 5-star hotels, and private members' clubs to integrate Isibhahome scenting solutions.
- Corporate Gifting Strategy: Lead the sales cycle for Alexandrite’s luxury gifting trunks, focusing on C-suite professionals and high-net-worth (HNW) individuals.
- Olfactory Branding: Educate partners on the technical superiority of our diffusers, emphasizing our signature 20% fragrance concentration.
- Event Integration: Secure brand placement and sponsorship opportunities at exclusive high-end events (e.g., gallery openings, polo matches, or luxury fashion showcases).
- Client Relationship Management: Provide "white-glove" account management for a portfolio of premium clients, ensuring long-term loyalty and recurring orders.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in Luxury Retail, High-End Real Estate, or Hospitality Management.
- A deep appreciation for minimalist, sophisticated, and high-end interior design.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills; comfortable navigating HNW social circles.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive; able to represent an agency-led brand with poise.
90-Day Success Roadmap:
- Month 1 (Immersion): Master the brand story of the brand and the technical specifications
- Map out a target list of 50 high-value B2B prospects.
- Month 2 (Outreach): Initiate scenting trials in at least 5 premium commercial spaces and pitch the April scent collection launch to corporate partners.
- Month 3 (Execution): Secure the first three major B2B contracts and establish a recurring gifting pipeline for the upcoming quarter.
Remuneration: NGN 350,000
