Job summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Generate and convert leads into paying clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.


Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good understanding of market trends and customer needs.
