We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (Real Estate) – Abuja & Enugu
We are a growing real estate company seeking a smart, result-driven, and highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. If you excel at generating leads, closing property sales, and building strong client relationships, this is your opportunity to drive revenue growth in the dynamic Abuja and Enugu markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market
- Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Market and sell our premium properties to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
- Conduct professional property presentations, inspections, and site visits
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into successful sales
- Negotiate deals and close transactions with confidence
- Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to management
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Mass Communication, or related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of real estate market trends and customer needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure
Location: Abuja and Enugu (candidates must be familiar with the real estate dynamics in these cities)
