Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Generate and convert leads into active customers and partnerships.
- Develop strategies to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, merchants, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to drive retention and repeat business.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities to support business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.
- Provide insights to support product positioning and business strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and engagements.
- Prepare periodic sales and performance reports.
- Track business development KPIs and pipeline performance.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and business engagements.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve brand awareness and market visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (fintech, e-commerce, or lending preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and relationship management.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking systems
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration: NGN 350,000 – 400,000
Work Mode: Hybrid.
