Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Generate and convert leads into active customers and partnerships.
  • Develop strategies to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, merchants, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to drive retention and repeat business.
  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities to support business growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.
  • Provide insights to support product positioning and business strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and engagements.
  • Prepare periodic sales and performance reports.
  • Track business development KPIs and pipeline performance.
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and business engagements.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve brand awareness and market visibility.


 Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (fintech, e-commerce, or lending preferred).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and relationship management.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking systems
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Remuneration: NGN 350,000 – 400,000


Work Mode: Hybrid.
