Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, target industries, and new revenue streams.
- Perform cold outreach via phone, email, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn) to engage decision-makers and schedule introductory meetings.
- Assist senior business development managers with client presentations, proposals, contract drafts, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update candidate/client interaction records in the CRM database to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align messaging and deliver seamless onboarding for new clients.
- Track industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and share actionable insights with the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
