Job summary

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented business development assistant to support our daily operations, client coordination, and business growth activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling administrative tasks, client communication, lead tracking, scheduling, and operational support.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Track and organize prospective client leads
  • Assist with generating and managing business opportunities
  • Follow up with clients before, during, and after project completion
  • Monitor payment statuses and send polite payment reminders
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings
  • Send scheduling links to prospective clients
  • Email onboarding questionnaires and client documents after contract signing
  • Create virtual meeting links and organize meeting schedules
  • Record, update, and track project deliverables and progress
  • Provide ongoing operational and administrative support when needed
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs
  • Support internal coordination across projects and client activities


Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace/Microsoft Office tools
  • Comfortable using online communication and scheduling platforms
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in administrative support, operations, customer service, or business development is an advantage


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or lead tracking tools
  • Experience supporting digital agencies, startups, or service businesses
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or client management workflows
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
