Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies aligned with Mkobo's overall growth objectives.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of Sales & Business Development Officers
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships to expand Mkobo's customer base for EWA and Mkobo for Business products.
- Develop sales funnels and processes to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Generate qualified leads.
- Manage existing partnerships and drive increased utilization of Mkobo's products among partners' employees.
- Conduct outreach activities to generate new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
