Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, partnerships, and market intelligence.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.


Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen strong client relationships.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying clients.
  • Manage post-sales relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


Proposal & Negotiation

  • Prepare high-quality proposals, pitches, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.


Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Track sales targets, pipeline activities, and conversion metrics.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on BD activities and performance.
  • Participate in business forecasts and planning sessions.


Partnerships & Networking

  • Identify and onboard strategic partners to expand market reach.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry developments and competitor activities.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, prospecting, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
