Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, partnerships, and market intelligence.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build, maintain, and strengthen strong client relationships.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying clients.
- Manage post-sales relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Proposal & Negotiation
- Prepare high-quality proposals, pitches, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Track sales targets, pipeline activities, and conversion metrics.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on BD activities and performance.
- Participate in business forecasts and planning sessions.
Partnerships & Networking
- Identify and onboard strategic partners to expand market reach.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry developments and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Strong negotiation, prospecting, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
