Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of recruitment services
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
- Present and communicate our services to prospective clients
- Facilitate client introductions and handover to the internal team
- Support lead conversion and follow-up where necessary
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident in outreach and client engagement
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Prior experience in sales, recruitment, or business development is an advantage
Not Suitable For:

Compensation Structure:
- 30% commission on the first successful deal from each client introduced
- 20% commission on repeat business from the same client for up to 3 months
- Commission is paid only after the client's payment is received
