We are seeking a driven and resourceful Business Development Associate to support client acquisition and business growth. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals who are confident in sales, networking, and relationship building, and are looking to earn based on performance.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of recruitment services
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Present and communicate our services to prospective clients
  • Facilitate client introductions and handover to the internal team
  • Support lead conversion and follow-up where necessary
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential clients


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confident in outreach and client engagement
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Prior experience in sales, recruitment, or business development is an advantage


Not Suitable For:

  • Individuals seeking a fixed salary
  • Passive candidates who require constant direction
  • Those without interest in sales or client acquisition


Compensation Structure:

  • 30% commission on the first successful deal from each client introduced
  • 20% commission on repeat business from the same client for up to 3 months
  • Commission is paid only after the client's payment is received
