Job summary
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is ready to support the executives. He/she is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, and supporting day-to-day business activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Maintain organised filing systems and databases.
- Conduct market research and prepare summaries or briefs as needed.

- Supervise project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, business assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
