Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
- Engage stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and processes.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Support solution design and evaluate proposed solutions against business requirements.
- Participate in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution validation.
- Track requirements, changes, risks, and project dependencies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Strong understanding of requirements gathering and business process modelling.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Miro, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
