Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop new financial and operational models that support sound business decisions.
- Defining business requirements and reporting same to stakeholders
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Conduct market analyses by analyzing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business being analyzed.
- Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
Requirements:
- Strong technology, analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Academic qualification of a bachelor’s degree in a Business related field or an MBA.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision without compromising on the quality of work done.
Location: Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 300,000
