Business Analysis Tutor

• Deliver engaging and structured Business Analysis training sessions remotely.
• Teach core business analysis concepts, including requirements gathering, stakeholder analysis, process modeling, and documentation.
• Guide learners on industry best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and case studies.
• Support learners through practical exercises, assessments, and real-world scenarios.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback and mentorship.
• Answer learners’ questions and provide clarification during and after sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication in a virtual learning environment.
• Collaborate with the internal team to improve curriculum content where necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Analysis Trainer/Tutor.
• Strong understanding of business analysis tools and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Previous teaching, training, mentoring, or facilitation experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Comfortable working remotely and using online collaboration and meeting tools.
• Strong time management and commitment to covering assigned teaching hours.

Job Type: Remote

Duration: 8–10 weeks (Saturdays only)

Working Hours: 6 hours per session (per facilitator)

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 (data allowance inclusive)
