Job Title: Business Advisory Associate
Location: Abuja (Hybrid) Experience: 3–5 Years
Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and capable Business Advisory Associate to take ownership of engagements and deliver high-quality advisory outcomes within our Business Advisory line of business. The role requires hands-on experience in corporate finance, fundraising, financial modelling, and advisory delivery across infrastructure, commodities, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities & Competencies
- Deliver business and financial advisory services, taking responsibility for client engagements across strategy, structuring, and execution.
- Drive fundraising engagements end-to-end, working with equity and debt financing instruments.
- Build, own, and interpret financial models for project and corporate financing.
- Prepare and manage bankability and investment documents, including feasibility studies and investment memoranda.
- Develop and present insights on commodities markets, trade, and backward integration strategies to support client decision-making.
- Work across multiple service lines to deliver integrated advisory solutions and contribute to client retention.
- Apply strong commercial and analytical judgment to assess project viability, risks, and returns.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring engagements are delivered to a high standard.
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in business advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising, financial modelling, and investment documentation.
- Good understanding of commodities, trade, and infrastructure-related projects.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
