Job summary

We are seeking a Broadcast Producer to oversee the planning, coordination, and production of television and multimedia content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing program concepts, managing production schedules and coordinating production teams.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and produce television programs, documentaries, news features, interviews, and multimedia content
  • Generate creative content ideas and oversee content development from concept to final broadcast
  • Coordinate production schedules, budgets, resources, and timelines
  • Manage production crews, presenters, editors, videographers, and other production personnel
  • Ensure all content meets editorial, creative, technical, and regulatory standards
  • Supervise filming, studio recordings, live broadcasts, and post-production activities
  • Coordinate with guests, contributors, sponsors, and external stakeholders
  • Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to project objectives
  • Oversee multimedia content distribution across television, social media, websites, and digital platforms
  • Manage production budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
  • Stay informed about industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging production technologies


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Broadcast Producer, Television Producer, Multimedia Producer, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of television production processes, broadcast operations, and multimedia content creation
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong scriptwriting, storytelling, and editorial abilities
  • Proficiency in production and editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines
