Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Set specific marketing goals
- Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
- Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics
- Establishing expectations and guidelines for the company’s voice to guide all marketing collateral and information across channels
- Analyzing data and trends related to branding
- Checking for branding consistency in all interactions
- Presenting branding information to clients or managers
- Meeting with clients to discuss their goals for an upcoming marketing campaign
- Coordinating goals with department heads responsible for enacting a marketing strategy
- Developing marketing strategies that dictate the core methods of achieving the company's goals
- Creating documentation and project briefs about marketing initiatives
- Monitoring the progress of marketing media throughout development
- Tracking results of marketing strategies
- Adjusting or ending marketing strategies if results are not meeting expectations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Creative strategist or Marketing manager
- Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g., online tools and social media)
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Understanding of web design
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfort with technology, including spreadsheets, presentation software, and content management systems
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Public speaking skills, with the ability to lead presentations and meetings
- Excellent research skills
- Creativity and strategic thinking
- Leadership skills and the ability to take charge

Remuneration: NGN 250,000
