Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Branding:
- Develop and execute SGX Mobility’s brand strategy to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and values.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with design teams to create compelling visual and written content.
Marketing and Communication:
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Write press releases, Sales Letters, executive speeches, and corporate newsletters.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and customer preferences.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI.
- Oversee the creation of sales collateral, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Media Management:
- Drive social media and digital marketing efforts, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
- Build relationships with media outlets and manage public relations activities.
- Lead partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and other stakeholders to boost brand visibility.
- Monitor and respond to media coverage related to SGX Mobility and its offerings.
Team and Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product development, and operations teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.
- Manage and mentor marketing team members to foster professional growth.
- Oversee relationships with external vendors, including ad agencies, photographers, and PR firms.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Brand awareness and perception metrics.
- Marketing campaign reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Social media growth and engagement rates.
- PR campaign success and media coverage quantity/quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related fields (a master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in branding, marketing, and media management, preferably in the e-mobility or tech industry.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically while managing day-to-day tasks.
- Familiarity with trends in e-mobility and renewable energy is a bonus.
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 - N625,000 Gross monthly
