Brand Strategist
Job summary
The Brand Strategist will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing brand strategies that strengthen market positioning, drive brand awareness, and support revenue growth. The role will ensure brand consistency across all channels while working closely with the Sales and Marketing team to translate business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business goals.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, broadcast, and experiential channels.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams on brand-led campaigns.
- Support product, service, and campaign launch with strong brand narratives.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance using insights and market feedback.
- Conduct market research on audience behaviour, industry trends, and competitors.
- Translate research insights into actionable communication strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on brand initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across stakeholders.
- Track brand health metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Perform other duties assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 3–6 years’ experience in brand management, strategy, or marketing.
- Experience managing brands across multiple channels.
- Professional certifications such as CIM or NIMN are an advantage.
- Strong brand strategy and storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data.
- Creative thinking with commercial awareness.
- Stakeholder and project management skills.
- Sales planning and computer literacy.
