Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of brand, campaign, and communication strategies for client accounts
- Translate client briefs into clear strategic frameworks and creative directions
- Conduct in-depth research, including consumer insights, cultural trends, market analysis, and competitor reviews
- Develop brand positioning, messaging architecture, and narrative frameworks
- Collaborate with Creative, Digital, Media, PR, and Client Service teams to ensure alignment
- Guide and review creative output to ensure consistency with strategic direction
- Support pitch processes with strong strategic thinking and storytelling
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future strategies
- Develop and maintain strategic tools, templates, and frameworks
- Stay ahead of industry trends and cultural shifts to elevate strategic output
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in advertising, brand strategy, or communications planning
- Strong experience within an advertising agency environment
- Proven portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking across campaigns and brands
- Solid understanding of integrated marketing communications and digital ecosystems
- Ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable strategies
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills
