Brand & Sales Manager
Job summary
Our fashion industry client is looking for a commercially minded Brand & Sales Manager to drive brand visibility, build strategic partnerships, and grow revenue. The ideal candidate has a flair for storytelling, a deep understanding of the Nigerian fashion market, and a proven ability to convert brand equity into measurable sales outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategy and marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels
- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build and manage relationships with wholesale clients, retail partners, and key accounts
- Oversee content creation, social media presence, and brand communication materials
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture them
- Manage brand partnerships, collaborations, and PR activations
- Monitor brand performance metrics and competitor activity
- Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of brand management and/or sales experience
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian fashion and retail market
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office
Preferred qualification:
- Experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brand management
- Existing network within the Nigerian fashion and retail ecosystem
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or Brand Management
