The Brand & Relationship Executive is responsible for managing and strengthening all external relationships that shape how the Wana Sambo brand is experienced. Across customers, partners, media, and collaborators. This role bridges communication, customer experience, and partnerships, & communication. The ideal candidate must be based around the Lekki/Axis.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for improving all customer experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand’s tone and service standard.
- Oversee post-purchase communication, follow-ups, and loyalty initiatives.
- Manage customer databases (CRM, Shopify, mailing lists) and track engagement metrics.
- Identify loyal customers and brand advocates for community and content features.
- Collect and report customer insights to improve service, fit, and brand experience.
- Identify, initiate, and manage brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with stylists, media contacts, fashion editors, and creative collaborators.
- Develop partnership proposals, presentation decks, and reports.
- Ensure all partnerships align with brand values, tone, and aesthetic.
- Track partnership impact on engagement, visibility, and sales growth.
- Draft and distribute press releases, partnership announcements, and brand stories.
- Maintain and grow media and influencer databases.
- Pitch brand features to editors, journalists, and relevant platforms.
- Coordinate interviews, press requests, and brand appearances.
- Support event and campaign PR (e.g., relaunch, collaborations, pop-ups).
- Manage partner or influencer participation in shoots and brand campaigns.
- Help ensure creative output aligns with brand mood, tone, and visual direction.
- Maintain a behind-the-scenes archive for PR, content, and storytelling use.
- Collaborate with the social/content team to ensure consistent tone and messaging across email, PR, and social media.
- Repurpose partnership or customer stories into content ideas.
- Ensure all public communications embody the brand’s elegance, femininity, and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Must live around the Lekki/Ajah axis
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of fashion, lifestyle, and brand storytelling.
- Strong PR, partnership, or influencer relations experience.
- Highly organized and proactive with event or shoot coordination.
- Creative eye with attention to brand detail.
- Confident writer (emails, press releases, partnership decks).
- Experience with CRM or brand communication tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Notion, Canva, or Google Suite).
